Community Development Services reviews plans and issues permits for a wide array of Land Use and Construction Permits. Permits range from simple same day permits to complex development projects. The permit process includes permit application, plan review, contractor approval, and inspections to ensure compliance with current Building Codes, Pacific Municipal ordinances, and State and Federal laws. Required permits will depend on scope of work. For questions regarding permit submittal requirements, contact April Shrader, Permit Coordinator.
